Jeremy Markey, Director of Operations & Menu Development: Jeremy offers a wealth of knowledge in the restaurant operations and food service with over 20 years of experience in a variety of culinary positions.
Tami Platfers, Director of Finance and Accounting: Tami has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial services. Tami is responsible for all aspects of finances including accounts payables.
